Hi Stephen,

I have bookcert and can highly recommend it, its full of really useful info even if you are ok with the bookkeeping side. I have picked up a lot of tips on how to start up plus they have just finished my website :)
I will probably sell mine on in a few weeks, but that would be without the support and website.

I agree with Julie, I am happy to recommend it too. I found it really useful with regards to the actual setting up and running the business. It gave me some great ideas and gave me things to think about that I hadn't previously. I also liked the cash book disc that came with it and use it for my own books as it is simple to use and fast.

I did find bookcert very good, with some really good advice. The excel cashbook was good too and works really well even though I have made some changes to make it easier to update. I did feel the marketing flyer and business card were awful. I have to be honest and say that if you can find a good second hand copy like Julie offered, jump at it. Although it's good, it's not £300 worth of good in my opinion.
