End of Year Procedure
Permalink Closed

The company I work for has upgraded from Sage Line 50 V11 to V14 during the last financial year. I have followed the year end procedure, but the nominal balances  for the new year are all showing negative budget balances which has thrown up loads of comments in the backup. The year end screen shows Nominal & Departmental Budgets 'Copy Current Year Actuals or 'Copy Current Year Budgets'. The same options for Stock Budgets. The default is 'Copy current year actuals' for the Nominal Budgets and 'Copy current year budgets' for the Stock.
Before I try ticking different boxes to see what happens can anyone tell me how to carry out year end so that I don't have all the negative balances please.
