Laptop recommendations

Hello all

I have a pc at the moment but there isn't a lot of memory on it, it is running extremely slowly and its getting a little old so I am thinking about buying a laptop.  It wouldn't have to be great with graphics as it would be for work use only, but would need to be fast and have a good deal of memory.  So far, I am thinking about about getting a Dell D800 as I looked on a website and it was recommended as a good buy for a business user.  Can anyone recommend any laptops or tell me any that I should avoid?

Many thanks in advance

Terri

Hi Terri

I've recently purchased an Lenovo 3000 N500 laptop from Dabs.com and so far been really impressed with it. Up until now I've always had Dells and also been pleased with them too.

Happy shopping! smile

Have you thought about purchasing an Apple MacBook? I haven't got one (I own a Dell Inspiron 1525 which is ok) but I love the way the apple looks and they are renowed for having a very stable operating system. Not sure if it is compatible with Sage or excel but may be worth a look.
