ICB Address? - Silly Question!
Permalink Closed

I am sure this is probably a really silly question to ask!
I have just completed the Level 1 ICB exam at home. When I went to post it today at our local post office, (by recorded delivery, as the ICB recommend,) the women at the counter said she couldn't find the postal address on her system!
I double checked the address when I got home, to make sure I'd written it down correctly, (which I had). I sent my exam to ICB, Wolverton Park, Wolverton. RG26 5RU. - Which was the address at the bottom of the exam paper. Apparently, the PO lady said that the post code had nothing registered as Wolverton Park!!
I am now rather concerned that my exam paper has gone to the wrong address, and I'll have to do it all again!

Hi Liz

Don't worry, I had the same problem a few weeks ago when I posted my exam. According to the counter staff the post office have changed their database and some addresses were still causing problems.
My exam paper still arrived ok the following day.
Good luck with your exam
Regards
Mark

I've posted two exams to that address and they got there safely.

Good luck with the exam

Hi Liz

Like Mark and Terri I had the same problem but my local post office just manually entered the details and my exams always got there.

I suspect that the address is for exams only, as the HQ address is in London and their registered office addresses is in High Wycombe??

You get an interesting result if you google map the post code.

Bill

Many thanks for your relpies. It was me worrying for no good reason. The papers got there the following day, and are now logged online as 'To be Marked', so just got to keep my fingers crossed now that I'm successful!
Thanks again.
