I'm about to appear for level 2 and 3 in manual bookkeeping exam in a week's time.

For ICB, you can purchase past papers from the ICB website.

There is a very good website www.theBPSTpartnership.com who supply books of practice papers for  bookkeeping level 1 to 3 exams (manual and computerised). 

The books contain 5 full mock papers and solutions and are very similar to the actual questions which are set in the bookkeeping examinations (both online exams and written exams).

They do cost around £20 each but they are excellent practice towards bookkeeping exams.
