Hi everyone

Just wondering if there is anyone here who operates payroll as well as bookkeeping and who has clients with upwards of 250 employees?

Regards

Paul Harrison

Hi Mark

What software do you use for processing your payroll clients?

I was asking as we were approached recently by a potential client who had over 250 employees; as this is the limit for Sage also Moneysoft Payroll Manager I have been looking at alternative software packages.

Regards

Paul

Hi Paul

As my clients have less than 100 employees I currently use Sage. Though for the next payroll year I am considering moving to www.12pay.co.uk but this is dependant on the reports that the client currently uses and whether they can be produced on 12pay because I want to provide what the client needs not what I want him to have.
I have just had a quick look at their website and they have a bureau edition which has unlimited companies and unlimited employees for £99.80. They also have a free edition which would be useful to have a play with.

Good luck and let me know how you get on.

Regards

Mark

There is a program called Merrills or something, not sure what, but can handle 1000's of people!

Other than that, its gonna be pricey for that number - Sage, SAP and the likes.
