Rates are exempt T2, & Rent is usually vatable (if registered for vat), it not then T0. Hope this helps

With rent there is an option to tax but presumably there is no vat on the invoice so I would put to T0. I would also agree with T2 for rates.

A dog is not just for Christmas eh Lisa? He's a hansdome fellow...good to have a dog on here after all these cats!!
