Hi Guys, I have the chance of gaining a client who are a recruitment agency but I have never worked for one before so I am looking out for some tips or anything to look out for?
One of my clients runs a recruitment agency, and I think it's all pretty straight forward. The biggest issue I had to begin with is that he uses a factoring company that add and take cash without detailing what its for.
Cant think of any tips off hand, but if you get any probs feel free to ask.

I think once I got my head around treating the factoring company like a bank I was fine. The most important thing for me was reconciling the factoring account. I now do this fortnightly. The company he uses have got some good reporting tools once I figured out what information they were giving me.
I feel that this particular factoring company make it as difficult as possible to understand exactly whats going on in the account. A failing or a skill, I've not decided.
