Level III Diploma in Payroll Management
Permalink Closed

Hi
I am a newbie.
I am intending to do Level III Diploma in Payroll Management and I have some knowledge of payroll , however I am lost as to what material ie text book and software package to buy. I do not want to do the course as I do know the basics of payroll.
Any suggestions of text books , past papers etc.

Thanks

I have purchased sage workbooks self study course. They seem pretty good. About £145 for both the stages 1 & 2.

Using sage payroll, seems good.

Hi Jambo,

I am intending on doing the ICB's level 3 payroll management course at home. I have been advised by ICB that the exam isnt software specific, so you could just download the free ones (ie iris, 12pay etc..) and learn that inside out by practicing. I have got a copy of sage payroll from my manager so im going to practice mine on there. Im just going to find the most newest book thats out, or i might even try the library they might have one there. And i dont know if you no but the ICB exam you get to sit it at home and you have 2 weeks to send it back in. You also have to pay to be a student (£45 i think) and pay for the exam which is £30. Much cheaper than AAT's payroll !!!!
