I think it would be great if there would be a place on this forum where we could share - upload,download - (public) documents,publications,sample letters,etc.

Very good idea.

Maybe also the ability to "tag" posts as reference items to aid searching, to repeat having to repost the same advice multiple itimes?

Sounds good but it will depend on whether or not the facility to do this is included in the forum software.

As far as I can see you can upload documents. You can tag posts.
Ok - the documents will be all over the place.
Unless there was a "sticky" post in one sub-forum where things could be kept. This would need to be done by the forum owner.

Hi all,

Thank you for the suggestions.

We are currently looking to set up a dedicated forum area where members can upload and download sample book-keeping documents. We aim to get this online within the next couple of months so please watch this space!
