Hi Beverley, I have no idea who this company is, but they have a free download of monthly management reports in spreadsheet format here:

Thanks Quentin I'll take a look at this really appreciate it.
can I also ask if I wanted to put through a sales figure for services done in he month but not yet invoiced, would you use the accrual nominal code or set up a new one? thank you

I would set up a new account, then post from that to your usual sales account when it actually happens. That way you can track everything.

I think your right, setting it up in the 1100s keep it near the debtors.
