Make sure you have some kind of insurance. I may be unlucky, but I'm on my 8th blackberry (various models) in less than a year!

i actually turned the insrance down. I just get a the standard 1 year warranty. I thought for a £10 a month contract insurance was a bit much. I will defo thing about taking it after the 1st year has ended.

i'm also hoping that you were jsut unlucky rather than the build quality of the phones! :)
