I am about to register for distance learning to start ICB level 1 and 2.
I have read diferent reports about level 2. Do I have to do both manual and computerised or can I just do manual as long as I complete it befor September 2011. If I do only the manual or computerised will I still qualify for AICB.
Many thanks

I am sure James will clarify this, but my understanding is that to keep the AICB (or MICB) status, you would need to complete both manual and computerised assignments by September 2011.
Not sure if you can obtain AICB if you are applying now with just one part but without manual and computerised, you wont be able to use the designation after next September.
The two principal figures without which no project is possible: the perfection of the circle, the principle of all regular bodies, and the equilateral square. (Fra Luca Pacioli)
When I passed my level 2 manual recently I was awarded AICB and then when I passed the comp paper - Cb. Cert was added at the end.
As Bill said to keep AICB (or MICB) you need to have passed both comp and manual before Sept 11. Logically there must be a cut-off point where a student is awarded AICB with one paper as there won't be enough time to pass the other before the Sept deadline
