Assessment for ICB Level 2 Computerised Course
Permalink Closed

Hi Folks

I am now studying the above course.  This consists of 3 work books - Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced.

Does anyone know if I need to sit an exam after completing each book, or will I be assessed when I have gone through all the 3 books?

Aloso, would  I need to sit the exam for this at an exam centre or can I do it at home i.e. a computer based exam?

Thanks in advance for your response.

Hi there,

I'm guessing that as this is ICB Level 2 computerised and there is only one exam then you will take this after completing the three books. Are you doing this with a training provider? If so, they should have told you.

The computerised exams are usually home-based assessments, to be completed within a given time. smile.gif

Hi,

Pauline is right, however, you also need to complete the Level I Basic Bookkeeping (online test) if you have not already done so.

Your course provider might add in their own tests along the coursework.

Thanks for your reply.

I have completed the Level 1 Book Keeping course. I have started the Basic level workbook for this computerised course, and coming towards the end of it. I was wondering whether or not to contact my provider (Training Link) to ask them if it is ok if I carry on to the intermediate book or do I need to be assessed before carrying on?

Thanks

I would contact Training Link and ask them smile.gif Do you feel you need assessing?  biggrin

It's always good to self-assess as you go along.  Are there review questions at the end of the Chapters?  If so, do them all !
