I haven't been on the forum very much lately, for the excellent reason that I've taken on several new clients and I simply haven't had the time! I'm now looking at how to expand my business and one of the options that I'm thinking about quite seriously is offering virtual assistant and telephone answering services.
I know it's been talked about on here, Rob am I right in thinking you do something like this? If so, could I be very cheeky and ask you how you do it, what equipment and software you use? I've been googling and found a few options but it would be very helpful to hear what someone with experience of doing it has to say.
That is something that I am looking to do in the future once the kids are a bit older and I have more free time, bookkeeping/virtual assistant is the way that I am heading towards. Good luck with it and well done on getting some new clients, it must be great being busy
