In the unedited post I was "moaning" about the amout of marks I lost on one question. I then realised it was possible to work out which question I was referring to. So didn't want to breach the non-disclosure agreement, even though I really wanted to help anyone else about to take L3 Manual.

That's useful to know. I passed Level III, but getting part of one question wrong lost me a lot of marks. Was kicking myself afterwards. I wanted a clean sweep with Distinction grades across the board! If the exam was less than £75, I would do it again! That said, I thought the Level III manual was a very good paper. I finished in 90 minutes and with hindsight should have spent the other 30 minutes reviewing my answers.
Tip to anyone taking Level III manual: If you've done your studies you are going to pass. If lyou have half-an-hour spare at the end, then spend that half-hour reviewing the questions. I didn't do this, partly because I thought I'd done enough to pass and partly because the heating in the test centre was waaaaaayyyy toooo hot! I came out sweating and I was in T-shirt and jeans! I cocked up on one question and the knock on of that took me from what would have been a Distinction to a straight Pass. Taking the time to review things may well have got me those marks back.

We can't go into details here, but if I was a gambling man, I'd bet it was the same question that caused me the problem.
