yera end and VAT return advice

I am due to d a VAT return at the end of November it is also the year end should I do a VAT return first then the year end ... and a Month end before the year end  so confused ... I dont think they have every a month end done anyway ..

Hi Zoe

I would do the VAT return before the year end as it is part the current years accounts.

Pretty sure it is not essential to close off each month before a year end is run but it only takes a few minutes if everything has been entered, so I would run the month ends.
