Exporting Sage Diary to Outlook?
Permalink Closed

Hi - I'm try to set up all the obvious deadlines in each clients data set and then export each companies diary to a "master" diary in outlook.

The problem I'm having in some reminders import for some companies but not others. As far as I can tell each reminder is set up the same and I follow the same export procedure in each data set?

Any tips / clues to what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks!!

Sorry but the answer does require more information with regards to your system - if you still need help would you please contact directly - info@completebookkeeping.co.uk with following details:

1) What is the full version of Sage Accounts that is being used? The full version number can be found by selecting About from the Help menu within your Sage Accounts program.
2) Which version of Microsoft Outlook are you using?
3) Please detail the procedure you are following are you creating the diary events in Sage, then exporting them to Outlook, or vice versa?
4) Are the tasks which arent being imported set as recurring entries?

Once I have the answers to these questions, I will be in a better position to answer your query.
