Interest on unpaid income tax

What rate of interest is it if self assessment income tax is paid late?

Forget about the surcharge (5% when 28 days late and another 5% when 6 months late) - what is the daily rate of interest charged on the unpaid tax?

And before you ask - I have paid my own tax on time - I pay mine weekly by direct debit going on the reasoning if I don't have the money I can't spend it.

Thanks. Funnily enough I had already saw that page but because it stopped at "From 29/09/09" I thought the page wasn't up to date so I just skipped the page. I was forgetting the bank base rate hasn't changed in nearly two years.
