Hi, does anyone know if there are any "free" downloads out there where I can get a loan agreement form. I am lending a friend some money but want to do it the right way but not have to pay for the priveledge.

I used this one last year when my parents lent us some money for buying a property and the solicitor wanted a firm agreement in place, without the need for her charging us extra.

From memory i think its free but only gives you a couple of weeks to edit.
