Hi all,
I'm new here (as a member) however I have been reading posts off and on since I came across this site shortly after passing ICB exams and you all seem like a lovely bunch.
I have posted today to see if anybody can shed any light as to what percentage I need to pass the sage certification ( i have taken the sage 50 accounts stage 1) as i cannot find this information on sage's website or the internet as a whole and I understand that there are members who have completed the certification. any advice on this subject would be extremely helpful

Hi Stacey,

Welcome to the forum.

Do you mean the ICB Computerised qualification? It would be 85% you need to pass.

If you are refering to Sage's own certificate, then I don't think it has a pass mark. I believe it is just a course attendance certificate. Maybe someone who knows could shed more light.

hi ICB, I was refering to the sage self study workbooks (that you do at home and take the 'exam' online) but thank you for your response. can anyone shed any light on this subject for me?

Hi Stacey

I have done the SAGE instant certification exam.  Have got Payroll 1 and 2 to do and SAGE Line 50 1, 2 and 3 to do as well.

Didnt indicate anywhere what the pass mark was but expect it is 50%.

You may be best contacting SAGE direct to confirm.
