HMRC TAX REFUND

Hi

can someone please help me to post an Hmrc tax refund in sage with correct nominal codes and T codes.

Hi Stef

Depends if sole trader/partnership or limited company.

If sole trader/partnership would post to capital introduced if ltd company would post to where you normally post the CT liabilty (probably around 23xx in the balance sheet).

Expect it is outside the scope of VAT and should be coded as T9.

Agree with Mark and it is definitely outside the scope of vat, therefore T9
