What is a practical price for this? Taking into account the £15 fee? And is there a ceiling as to the highest amount you can charge? Also, how much work goes into it and how long does it take you to do this?
If there are no changes it literally takes 10 minutes. If there are changes then assuming you already have the info perhaps 30 minutes tops. There isn't a ceiling as such, but you have to consider that people are not going to pay £200 to get it done!

I charge £50.00 plus the £15 to do it, but I do make a point of always checking the details are correct first - then e-mailing a copy to the directors to confirm the details are correct (you'd be amazed how many forget to tell you that they have moved, or there is a change they forgot to ask you to do! ) - and if correct to e-mail confirmation they are happy to pay me my fee, the filing fee and to submit it on their behalf etc.. If there are changes I don't charge extra, but thats why when its straight forward - clients are happy to pay - even if its quick.
In the last 5 (?) years I have only once had someone refuse to pay and they decided to do it themselves.

Frauke, I feel cheap now! We charge £35 including the £15 filing fee. We also have a schedule reminder system so none of them get missed, given that Co House are getting keener on striking companies off for not filing.
