Hi,

Many thanks to those that help with my last questions.

I am in the planning stage and would like to know on average how many clients / customers did people have within the first twelve months?  I can imagine the first twelve months are the hardest since you are wondering when the next client is going to come in the door?

Of course marketing will depend upon how much clients you take on and that experience will be a factor when a client is looking for a bookkeeper but it would be nice to know what people started out with.

Also what is better: fixed rate or hourly rate to the client?
