Posting SSP Journal Entry into Sage - Help!
Permalink Closed

Hi all - I'm hoping someone can help as I'm getting all confused with the journal entries for SSP. I've got a director on long-term sick. How do I post the journals on Sage? Also when it comes to payment, how do I post it?

Here is the senario:

Gross Wages - £210.81
PAYE - £73.40
Employee NIC - £23.19
Employer NIC - £26.98
SSP - £110.81
Net Pay - £114.22

I believe the journal entry should be as follows but again I'm not sure. Have I posted it to the right nominal codes? Please help! thank you!
