I probably should not post this to a public forum, but I sent you an email on the 17th of March and also contacted you on the phone about I do not want to renew my membership but I got no answer so far. What I get is emails about further action will be taken if I don't pay. Also I have been told on the phone somebody will contact me once you guys processed my email. How long does it really take? I am not impressed by the customer/member service of the Institute.
I resigned my membership in January (due to the ACCA situation spoken about in other posts) and whilst there was some small crossover in automated demands for payment letters it did go through quite smoothly.
They will send you a form that needs to be wittnessed by an appropriate individual and you have to return your membership certificate with the form.
If your still getting no joy via email try giving them a call.
