Incorrect advice to 'customers' - what a joke. Wonder if HMRC have PI insurance?

And don't you love being called a customer - well I suppose you have a choice - to pay tax or not, to avoid tax or not, to evade... better stop there!

customer - person who buys ( Oxford dictionary)

Also in the early 17th century customer was defined as a "common prostitute". (Wikipedia) Sometimes I think that's what HMRC means...

And what happened to the 'customer is always right'?

But yes the toolkit is fairly useful with lots of references to the manuals with their name/number so I can actually find the related rules on their site.
