Hi every one. i am not sure if any one can help, i got a solicitor who just start up a small bisiness. i want to set up a simple spreadsheet system, but then i realised that there is specific rules apply to solicitors. is any body have a client of its kind? please help!
I used to deal a lot with Solicitors when I worked for a practice in Cheltenham.
There are some very strict accounting rules and regulations involved; however, it does depend on the type of legal practice. My advice would be to get some proper training in Solicitor Accounts before taking on the client. At the very least get a copy of the Solicitors Accounts Rules.
