Hi Jill,

I don't know payroll manager but I think it should be similar to others. Did you try edit payslip layout - you get the report designer, format, email, when report run send emails. Depending on who you want the payslips to be sent to, you will have to set up the email addresses accordingly (ie one person or employees, etc).

Hi Jill,

Assuming it's Moneysoft Payroll Manager, I don't think you can email DIRECTLY, but you can generate the payslip(s) and then save as a PDF file, which can then be emailed. You can generate as 1 PDF file or 1 for each employee - useful depending upon how the client distributes to employees.

Hi Jill,

PDF files are the most easy to share without any fear of corruption or loss of formatting.

The abode reader is free and if the client doesn't already have it installed as an add on to their browser attempting to open the attachment will prompt them to install it.

PDF format is definitely the best option for the use that you need it for.

All the best,

Shaun.

Hi Jill,

I use Payroll Manager and there is no facility for direct email.  I do as has been suggested by qbm and email the pdf's out.
