at the risk of leaving this unanswered for some unsuspecting member to leave an answer thinking that you will even read the response.
Both are important constitutional documents for the formation of a limited company.
I'm not going to waste my time with a long windered answer. Just use your internet search engine to find the contents required in each.
P.S. I'm sure that I don't need to tell anyone reading this but just on the off chance that anyone was tempted by a magnetic bracelet NEVER click on blind links from unknown sources.... Actually, Magnetic Bracelets... Ooh Shiny... No, no, mustn't press that link.

I see they are still not using your suggested avatar.
The original question is kind of similar to Ideal Schools' assignment 7 ICB Manual Level III 1 (a) What is the main function of a company's memorandum and articles of association?
I hate these type questions - how do you answer them without basically repeating the text from earlier in the lesson? That's what delays my assignments, I'll skip these questions and do the "calculation" questions. I think there was a gap of 7½ months on assignment 3.

the memorandum under the new act is now ONLY a formation document detailing the name and subscriber details (the original shareholders or members)
the articles is now the sole constitutional document which are the rules for the company based on the companies act 2006. It can be a bespoke tailored set drafted by agents or lawyers or you companies can simply adopt the model articles which basically is the government draft.
Where companies want to add in items that was previously in the memorandum ie the objects clause this can now form part of the articles
