just had a look at the AAT guidance and it's not a mistake by your tutor, it quite clearly states that you need to know about the "I DO BEST" ethical model.

I for one have never heard of it. Generally we sign up to adhere to our own bodies interpretation of the IFAC code of ethics. You know the one's, Integrity, Objectivity, Professional Competence & due care, Confidentiality and Professional Behavior.
Looking at the AAT code of ethics they don't even bother translating the IFAC code as it uses the code directly. See this link to the AAT ethics PDF :
There is no mention at all of an I do best model in the AAT ethics manual even though the tutor guidance clearly states that it's a model that you should be aware of.
Sounds like you need to ask your tutor where exactly the information is on this method as like yourself I can find nothing either on the Web or indeed buried in the ethical standards PDF's of the AAT which would be missed by an internet search engine.
Would be interested to know more about this myself.

Thanks for your reply. Its a bit strange that there is nothing on this subject but yet we need to know it. I don't really want to ask my tutor for help as I know she's given me the hardest one for being absent last week :/ lol
Well, it definitely wouldn't be a stupid question to ask as there is nothing anywhere about this and also, at the end of the day help when you can't find the answer yourself is what your paying her for.
Don't struggle with this one just ask your tutor.
