How's this for a fast response?

It's getting late on a Friday afternoon. I'm near the end of my studies with Ideal Schools for ICB Manual Level III. I thinks to myself, I know I get a mock exam supplied by Ideal Schools but I wouldn't mind doing a couple more. I don't want to order any from ICB in case one of those turns out to be the one Ideal Schools supply so I'd better find out from I S which one they supply. That sets the scene.

I fire off my email at 15:56.

At 15:58 I've got a reply with the exam attached to the email.
