HMRC Ready Reckoner 2011-12

Hello

 

Does anyone have a copy of the HMRC Ready Reckoner 2011-12? I have the 2010-11 version which has a code on the bottom 0371 IS8, as it is Information Sheet 8 of the Starting Self-Employment workshop. I cannot find this anywhere on the HMRC website, so if someone could email a copy to me on info(at)bensteadbook-keeping.co.uk or link me to a copy it would be much appreciated.
