Problem with database in Quickbooks

Hi, I need help again... When I try to open any company file in Quickbooks, I am getting an error message: 'An error ocurred when Quickbooks tried to start database server that manages access to the Quickbooks company file'. Error code is: 6094.0.

I  have been told to turn off the antivirus programme, but it did not work.

Any idea what to do? is there any other possibility that re-installation?
