Hi Im hoping someone can help me, Im looking for a report to print in Sage instant accounts that will show all of my nominal accounts but also where they will appear in the chart of accounts.
I can view the chart of accounts on screen to check my coding structure but can only find the option to print one section of code ranges at a time here.
I just had a quick look at my version V14, and in the main edit CoA screen I clicked the print button (previewed but shouldn't make a difference) and it showed all headings, subheading and the first /last range nominal codes in each subheading.
I dont think it will print the individual codes but if you have added new codes, you can check that they are all used by clicking the check button, which will list any nominal codes that are set up but are not included in the CoA.
Carrying on from Bill, I think you might need to cross-refer the Coa by range and a list of nominal codes. It's not ideal but with a ruler and a pack of highlighters is might be as close as you get.

Thanks guys. Bill you were right - when you preview or print the CoA it shows the code range for each area within them not just the one section at a time that you can view on the screen.
