I have just been approached about a potential opportunity to do the bookkeeping for a licensed premises (pub/bar), and I was wondering whether there is anything that I should specifically be aware of.
I'm probably stating the obvious to a large degree but Cash control / traceability is the important thing. If you want to avoid potential problems make sure the clients system can be traced from Z totals / till receipts to bank.
