Help i cant log onto my software

Hi Guys

Just installed Sage instants 2011 onto my computer and had a look through it to check it out. Closed it down without logging off no oops! i didnt realise i had to i wasnt finished looking at it, and now when i try to get back into it it keeps saying your already logged on. Help!!!!! has anyone got an idea how i sort this out it's diving me nutsfurious

I just bought it to practice on in the run up to my exam.

Hi Lyns

Does Sage open up at all? It should give you the option to log off current user.

Hi

Yeah it opens and displays password box and when i key in my password the message appears already logged in.

You need to go into the Sage program files and locate ACCDATA then delete the file QUEUE.DATA

Pathname will be something like this C:\Program Files\Sage\Accounts\ACCDATA
