Sage SAE File

Hi Guys

Hope some one can help. Just received a Sage backup file from a client. The file extension is .sae and I'm having problems restoring the file.

I've never come across this file type before and wondered if anyone knows how to open it?

Is it an "accountant's link" file?
(as in, they've assumed that you have an "accountant link" facility on your Sage, and generated an export file accordingly from their Sage)

Hi Louise

I've never come across the accountants link before.

Possible a daft question but where would I find the accountant link option in Sage? (I'm running Sage 2010 Version 16).

Thanks
