Why is it that one hand doesn't know what the other is doing at big companies. Just spoke to one as they haven't recieved something I sent over a week ago.
I asked at the time if I could scan the document and email it and was told no, they must have the origional by post. Only to be told today, once it's gone missing, that the scanned document would have been fine.
