I found the exam centre really friendly, they considered me 'special' because the exam was longer - everyone else was taking their driving test theory. There is plenty of time to answer the questions and don't worry if you can't get your balance sheet to balance, I couldn't but still got a really good mark.
For revision, I worked through the syllabus, making notes on each point and did all the exercises I could find, including a couple of the ICB revision papers even though they are the old written ones. I did the mock about 5 days before the exam, which worked well for me.
Thank you for your comment Sylvia. Today i have done the manual Mock that i got form Kaplan, it took me a while to complete it as everything has to be written out but i don't think i did to bad. From now to my exam date i will cram in all exercise's. I know my week points are finding errors.
I would definitely do the mock online Level 2 that you can get from the ICB shop as well, as this will closely replicate what to expect in the exam proper.
Hi Pauline, i have already taken it and passed, but want a better score. i'm not to sure if you can take it more than once. More online mocks would definitely be helpful.
Hi Pauline I got 80%. I got some of DB & CR (of debtors and creditors) questions wrong and the some of the balance sheet wrong. By doing the mock it's showed me where i need to revise more. I must admit i thought i would have got a better score
