it's the full quickbooks Pro so yes although I believe that it's restricted to 99 companies.
I didn't intend to buy QB as I'm a VT shop but at that price I'm figuring what the heck. It's another gun in the armoury in case I get a client who uses QB.
By the way, the version of QB that's dropped in price is the 2010 version probably on the back of people now opting for 2012 and Amazon wanting to clear their old stock.
All the best,
Shaun.

I think I might take advantage of it as well, I now have two clients using QB and have been using one of their versions at home. She is now upgrading to 2012 so I think you are right about the reason for the drop in price.
I assume I will be able to restore her 2012 file into my 2010 (but I'm guessing not the other way round...which I won't want/need to do anyway).

Yes, I have a copy of 2012 too and was just testing it out for my client before upgrading her company file. I assumed that you couldn't convert the 2012 file back to 2010. Bit like Sage in that respect then....you can restore a file from an earlier version into a newer version, but not the other way round. I was just checking that if she has 2012 and I have 2010 that I will be able to restore her backup into my copy of 2010.
To be honest I'm not sure if she will upgrade at the moment anyway. She needs to get a new computer first (in my opinion) as it is soooo slow and struggles to run QB across a network as it is....if she upgrades to 2012 I think it will crash it altogether! She has payroll included, so would be forced to upgrade come April anyway, but I think I have persuaded her to go over to Moneysoft payroll instead.
Boo hoo I bought 2010 the other week, mindst I actually needed it then because the company was using complex spreadsheets which were a nightmare to extract reports from and their new year started 1st November so seemed like a good time to transfer. I steered clear of 2012 in case there were any bugs in it.
I just had a strange moment with 2012. It came up with "an unexpected error has occurred...please close and re-open QB". Only it wouldn't let me close QB until I'd closed the message and it wouldn't let me close the message! One of those bugs you mentioned Sheila?
You've missed it though. After three days the price went back up today to £129.99.

Not been on here for a while been really busy with work! Can't believe I missed this one, I would have upgraded to 2010 for that price, bargain especially if you don't need the support!
