Is there a way to show your P&L in report format showing the profit and loss by month in columns going across for the full year?

Go to Company
click on Financial Reports in the Links section
then
Management Analysis Reports
Management Analysis Reports - Standard Budgeting
Profit and Loss (Monthly Breakdown)

Thank you.

I have tried this and it works on my software as I have 2011 Sage accounts professional software.

However, when I try the same on my clients computer, it doesn;t work as they have Sage Instant accounts v15. Is this option not available on this version?

I don't know about Sage Instants - I'll have a check later.
It was Sage Client Manager 2012 I was using to test it out as I'd seen someone post their monthly P&L account on here recently.

Hi there,

The monthly breakdown isn't available in Sage Instant Accounts, you would have to run individual monthly reports.
