Hi 

I have Sage instant accounts which i got from Kaplan, but can't seem to print from it, it doesnt recognise my printer.

Can anyone help

Hi there,

I don't think it's anything to do with sage. If you want to print say a report, then click on report, select your report detail or summary and when you click on print, check that your printer is selected, as it may seem the printer is set up as a different printer. 

Try this and see how you get on.

Hi Luther
yes i've tried that but my printer is not there to be selected (there are other printers on a drop down menu), so i don't know how to set the printer up with Sage
