I've not actually done this one myself so can't comment.
Did my Credit Control and Debt Management through Study House. Can't honestly say that I was that happy with that course though as I seemed to know more about the subject than the tutors.
A good book that I could recommend on Credit Control is the Credit Controllers Desktop guide by Roger Mason. (lots of forms and letter templates are included in that one).
That aside, the Paycert course has been set up by accountants for financial professionals with an emphasis on practical application so whilst I cannot give judgement on it from a personal perspective I can at least say that it comes with a good pedigree.

P.S. Edited as one of the lines could have been read that Bookcert came with Paycert rather than the other way around.
