BS showing incorrect profit for the year

Hi,

 

The Balance Sheet in quick books is ot showing the full profit for the year - it is only showing the profit for the last month - how do i change this?

I dont use QB, but in Sage when you run reports there's the option to run it for specific months. It may be worth checking if this is the case in QB and that you haven't inadvertantly checked a 'month' box not a 'year' box.

No that doesn't seem to be the case

I cannot figure it out - really need this to work as I need this report urgently
