Hi Susan,

also try the credit controllers desktop guide. Here's a look inside link :

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Credit-Controllers-Desktop-Guide/dp/1854182994/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1328721103&sr=8-2

I've shown the 2nd edition rather than the third as the third edition is £53 and I (a) can't see what more you get for your money with the third edition and (b) can't see what insode justifies the price tag. Its an A5 book about an inch thick.

In addition to what you quote above it does also have a lot of example letters and 1,2,3 type checklists which are quite useful.

I did a Credit Control and Debt management distance learning course (not Paycert) which cost me four times the cost of the book but only had a fraction of the information in the course that is in the book so worth a bit extra, but I still wouldn't pay £53 for it.

If you want to see inside the third edition have a look here :

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Credit-Controllers-Desktop-Guide-3rd/dp/1854183591/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1328721103&sr=8-1

All the best,

Shaun.

P.S. don't forget to check out Paycert. See below for details
