Hi Ana,

You need to make sure you send your tax computation and a set of 'tagged' accounts to HMRC.

Companies House require a set of accounts every year and depending on the company size these can be abbreviated accounts.

It might be worth considering getting professional help as company accounts can be complicated.

Hi everyone, this forum is really great. I am having a questions, and if somebody can answer I will really appreciate this.

For the Company Tax Return, with HMRC should I send something else beside what  is on the online return? Also, for Company House what else I should send them, beside the return that I can do online?

Also you need to ensure the full and abbreviated accounts are prepared in accordance with the Companies Act.

Do you have much experience in accounts?

Hi Rob, thank you for your reply. No, I do not have to much experience regarding the accounts. I was reading about this, but still is a little bit blurry for me. A friend asked me to help me with his Company Tax Return, and to be honest I don't know what to tell him. I taught that is easier :).

All the best if you do help, my advice would be find an accountant who can handle it. It might be a cost to the company but money well spent due to the complexities.
