Could anyone help me with the tax affairs when limited company buys, improves and sells residential property?

Please don't take this the wrong way but this sounds as though you are looking to give tax advice which is properly the territory of accountants.

Tax is a real minefield so I would suggest that your client see's an accountant or tax specialist for the advice and tax affairs and uses your services for recording day to day transactions of the business.
