Tiredness Jab

Is there such a thing? you know, like the flu jab.

I don't know what's up lately but i could snuggle up and doze at all times of the day. Having spoken to a few colleagues and friends this seems to be the general feeling. Is it the time of year? shouldn't i be ready to come out of hibernation soon?

Anyone else feeling like this?

Neil.

I was feeling like this, but the last couple of days in Devon have really perked me up, warm (ish) temperatures, bright sunshine, beautiful countryside, doesn't get any better then this :)

Hiya matey,

I drink the red bull equivalents in the handy litre sizes and that does the trick for me (coffe's for whimps!).

Tesco Kick is pretty good

Emerge is ok and only 56p per litre from home bargains

ASDA home brand is ok

Sainsburys home brand is awful.

And on this matter.... In Thailand they used to do different concentrations of Red Bull but the serious, almost perscription level stuff got banned as lorry drivers were using it to basically work for best part of a week without stopping... Seemingly literally as there were only so many little old ladies that you could scrape off the front of 18 wheelers before the Government steps in!

And going off at a linked angle. Most dangerous job in the world as far as I can tell is the people employed to keep the motorways clean around Bangkok. Basically, there should be three lanes but motorists seem to make them into five at times. The motorway cleaners are just poor folk given a broom and told to clean the motorway whilst drivers whizz past with scant regard for inconsequential things like speed limits or lanes... Or for that matter the screaming cleaners at the end of their bonnet.

How many litres per day Shaun?

The energy drinks are something i've stayed clear of upto now. As you can probably tell from my posts i'm not usually in need of a kick off anything. I like Sunday coffee days but the rest of the time i'm a diet Pepsi fanatic. (Not because i'm on a diet, purely because of the sugar content as i put away an average of 4 litres a day, i read about the cancer scare with sweetners too but you can't win no matter how you live)

Maybe it's the threat and retreat of sunshine that's tiring me.

Neil.

Hi yer ive been feeling like that. Also look at your lifestyle is it hectic or has it been hectic for a few weeks and now you're calming, it's sometimes the knock on effect from previous busy weeks. Try Rocket fuel coffee it is suppose to be higher in caffeine than the energy drink.. I've tried it and it does perk you up.
