HMRC Basic PAYE Tools - 11/12 P60's
Permalink Closed

Hi - has anyone used the HMRC Basic PAYE Tools to produce this years P60's yet?  The ones I have just tried came up as April 2011.  I've looked on HMRC website but can't see anything saying when the next update will be.

Thanks

Hi there,

Have you got the latest version? Have you got automatic updates turned on? The latest version is 4.0.0.19694. I think if you are an existing user you need to download the July 2011 update first. (http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/paye/tools/tools-july-2011.htm)

Then the latest version - http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/paye/tools/basic-paye-tools.htm#1

Hope this helps.

Pauline

Pauline, seems I was only on the July 11 version despite having the auto update switched on and having clicked ' check for updates' .......... mmmm..... curious.

Downloading the Feb 12 release now, so that should fix it.

Thanks again

I looked at them, then decided to go for Tom's 12 pay, it was much better and still free.

I had to download the 2012 version, I then copied over the info from the old version, however the employees details are there except for the vehicle information.

Does any one know how to copy that over without having to key in the vehicle info again?

Regards

Stephen
